Elays Health and Wellbeing focuses on improving the health and wellbeing of our service users and local communities. It addresses the health inequalities within the ethnic minority and marginalised groups, now exacerbated by Covid-19.
Providing a space to engage and empower members through physical activity sessions, workshops on healthy eating, disease prevention, mental health and much more.
WELLNESS WITH ELAYS
Wellness with Elays is a women’s only health club promoting holistic wellbeing. The programme is designed to provide members with the practical and theoretical knowledge to lead healthier lives through physical activity, nutrition, stress management, mental health awareness and more.
WELLNESS WITH ELAYS MEMBERS MEET EVERY TUESDAY & Friday 11.00 AM – 12.00 PM FOR WORKOUT SESSIONS, TOPIC (Fortnightly) DISCUSSIONS, AND CHALLENGES.
Senior Alliance welcomes people of all genders and ethnicity into a safe, supportive and friendly environment. Elays Senior Alliance was developed to combat isolation for those living alone, aged 50+. Â It is a chance for our community to come together and enjoy a nutritious meal, take part in activities and socialise.
Every Monday we prepare freshly cooked a 2 course meals. (Lunch is served between 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm) £3.00 fee
At 11:00 am – 12:00 pm we run a Move to Music (50+) exercise class, just turn up, no need to book. Join the group and stay for FREE tea & coffee.
In addition every Friday 10:30 am – 11:30 am we have a drop-in advocacy service for FREE for all members of Senior Alliance.
